1. How to sign in?

You can create an account by clicking on ‘Register’ on the login page:

Each account is personal, so please use a personal email address.

Once all the fields have been filled in, you will receive a code (OTP) by email to validate the creation of the account.

2. How to log in?

Once you have signed in, simply enter the e-mail address and password you used when you registered on the login page: https://worldia.xoxoday.eu/auth/login

3. How do I retrieve my password?

Just click on ‘forgot password’ on the login page: https://worldia.xoxoday.eu/auth/login

You will then be asked for your email address to create a new password.

Once you have received the email, you will need to enter the code (OTP) contained in it and set a new password.

Claim a booking

4. When can I claim a booking?

You can submit a claim as soon as you receive the invoice.
Please note: your points will be on hold until your travellers have returned from their trip.

⏱️ Please note: it may take a few minutes for your points to appear in your balance.

5. How can I claim a booking?

To declare a file, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Claim points"

2. Fill in the booking number (booking reference) and the travellers' departure date.

3. Validate the declaration

⏱️ Please note: it may take a few minutes for your points to appear in the balance.
The system refreshes every 5 minutes.

Spend points

7. Why are my points pending?

Pending points mean that the travel date is in the future. As your travellers have not yet returned from their trip, you cannot yet use the points linked to this booking.

Update your space on the day your travellers return and your points will be visible in the available balance.

⏱️ Please note: it may take a few minutes for your points to appear in the available balance, even if the travellers' return date has passed.

8. Why do some lines show 0 point?

When you modify a file, the associated points are automatically added to or subtracted from your declared points balance.
If the modification does not result in a price change, no points are gained: it simply appears as a zero transaction in your history.

10. How do I spend my points?

To spend your points, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Redeem points".

2. You will then be redirected to the gift card shop https://stores.xoxoday.com/worldiagroup

3. Choose from a wide selection of over 150 brands.

4. Obtain the card of your choice according to the number of points you have available (the conversion is 1000 points = $1 gift card).

5. You will then receive your gift card by email within 24 hours.

11. From what date can I enter my bookings?

As the programme will be launched on 1 July 2025, you will be able to declare your bookings made after this date.

12. How long are points valid for?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your travellers' return (also the start of the availability of your points).
They operate on a first-in, first-out basis.
